Good post. I would agree that waiting to see the tides change is a good policy. While the percentage you could make from here back up to .2'S is phenomenal the risk is great. Waiting for that turning point and buying in looking for dollars is far more prudent. There is a lot of $ that can be made in the otc but there are also companies that disappear over night.
