If Igor says that he hopes to hear from the FAA from Jan 4th - 15th, it sounds like he is very confidence in that. He may have already know the results, but it is verbal, and thus a leak came out somehow that got to Choover, and not 100% confirmed.
They may be typing up a report, send it out for signatures and finalize it to make it offical, which can come around between January 4th - 15th.
It sounds hopeful, but very promising. I think that was someone's else theory, but didn't read the post of that person.
Any way, it would be nice to see it start going up as I start school in a couple weeks, so that way I don't have to worry about being financially tight.
