it was moving a little every day it has a gap to fill up to 15 bucks or so.
Iconix Brand (NASDAQ:ICON) shares plunged Monday after the company announced it's being investigated by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Iconix said in a release that it received a formal order of investigation from the SEC looking into the "accounting treatment for the formation of certain joint ventures" and that it "intends to fully cooperate with the SEC."
