Manipulated down to .0014 after a few sells in the 2M>4M range last Thursday - a few people panicked.
Almost no shares picked up on the way back up.
.0014 - 4M by bid sitters.

.0019 - 290K
.0020 up again.
Very thin to the upside.
Anything could happen.
