I "followed" him and posted a short friendly tweet, asking him if he bought his 4K TV yet and which brand? I notice, though, that unless the person you follow also follows you, the tweet does not appear on his page. In that case, only he--and your own followers see the tweet as it scrolls on the Home page--or am I missing something?
