I said the STOCK market, not business in general. The value of a stock is mainly dependent upon confidence in the stock continuing to rise. If you can't create that confidence, it doesn't matter what else you do. Your stock is going to slump.

Obviously in general, the trends follow the value of the companies as seen on reports. But ultimately it's about what we PERCEIVE the company to be worth.
