Is Jerry an Executive Chairman or Non-Executive Chairman?
He needs to stay out of any executive role, especially those dealing with fiscal management.
The gaps between what he reported in the last Annual and what the audit reveals are an indicator something is very wrong with the way he handles money.
He needs to be a Non-Executive Chairman.
