Nudged??? Forgive/forget??? Just step up and be a CEO. Don't emphasize to CT about forgive/forget... emphasize the duties of a CEO. He's ignored many of them.

I don't understand all the cloak and dagger unless there's a huge legal risk and/or naked short interest. Exciting as that may be, I fail to see why there cannot be some feedback beyond the lackluster 8-k, be it Twitter, Facebook, PR, etc.
If there's a short interest, do a NOBO/OBO. If there's a legal issue, tell us, and say we're under a gag order. And if the sleazy auditor took our money, where's the lawsuit? Sure have read about enough lawsuits against us!!!
This is all smacking more and more of the typical OTC BS! And here we are not even pink, and perhaps on the brink or de-listing.
