The first time I did it the Guy spent an Hour on the Phone with me.
Then the UltraFlix logo disappeared after 2 weeks and I called them back.
I asked the guy to take control of my television and He did find the APP and personally installed it.
It is still there.
I don't know how to overlap my ROKU-4 to my UltraFlix that Samsung has already installed .
Will they interfere with each other?
Anybody?
