Yup, people get ahead of themselves, ditto the share buyback thoughts.
There are very good articles in Google on these topics to gain knowledge.
A) why do companies do a reverse stock split?
why do companies buyback shares?
A quick read of both will put both subjects on the back burner.
Also, despite the blah blah blah elsewhere on "A", this is "material event" requiring a public announcement, to include an 8-K filing, with the specific terms and date.
We need not be concerned on either topic until we are a revenue generating public company, imo in an expansion phase as well.
While I'm posting, expectations of LT posting, answering pms etc, leave it be. Don't attempt making contact. He is in a position bound by SEC rules to remain silent. Respect it, deal with it, or my buddy GUIDO will pay you a visit.
