Then why did he let us keep believing that the filings will get done and why didn't he tell us that 16 months ago instead of now? He is a fuxxing liar and should be put in jail. I am getting ready to tell the SEC the whole bullshit story and let them find out what he did with the money and why it took over a year to deliver the worthless shares.
