Yes, I think that is a good point. But, being in a position to accept bids is still a forward looking statement, although it sounds promising.
It is my understanding that once a bid is received, Coates gets half the price of the gen set. Once it is delivered, they get the other half.
There was still some mention of buying the generators from China and having them shipped to the Coates shop for assembly. I believe George when he says there is a lot going on. Like everyone else, I may be a little too impatient.
All in all, the PR was more positive than negative. Just wish the SP would hold up a little better. Down to .0031 as of now.
