Yes it was stated that Building 151 was not an essential part to have at this point of the Process. It was more important to use the money for essential requirements mandated by the FAA to have in place during the certification process as a virtual airline. One of which is having a Spot at Terminal 4. All flight operations can be handle at the Willow Run facility which was stated that most was done there already. The lease came up and they decided it was the right thing to move out at this point in the process.
