CONTRACT LAW 101 - ANY TRANSACTION involving MONEY creates a CONTRACT. This is WELL ESTABLISHED LAW, you can not HIDE this FACT.
The PRESS CONFERENCE was a public Announcement of OUR CONTRACT with Lakeshore. It is now and forevermore a public record.
The CONTRACT between Lakeshore and Cen Bio was forged at this PRESS CONFERENCE. Lakeshores Building Department then was Contacted to EXECUTE said Contract.
EXECUTION of came in the form of FEES for PERMISSION /..... that's PERMITS.
Same principle applies to HC,
A Application FEE was PAID for obtaining a MMJ license.
Once Bill, a seasoned International Attorney, a member of the BAR passed National Security,CHARTER and COMMON LAW RIGHTS dictate HC must Honor their contract and provide a MMJ License.
The Contract once EXECUTED is not a moving target. HC nor Lakeshore can not back out or seek to renegotiate said Contract because they do not like their position into said CONTRACT.
OH YA, CEN BIO is now a 5 Billion Dollar payday (via) NAFTA. No need to Compete, we WON. A payday is a payday, whether it involves MMJ or NAFTA. MONEY is MONEY.
Personally I prefer NAFTA because its a larger money return to a pool of ONLY 6.9 Million Shares. Its going to take years for the competition to catch up.
