yes it would and the os has substantially dropped......although brokers claim the posted os can not be held as factual.....it also cant be disproven.......some one is buying ........i dont think any one that has done 10 minutes worth of DD. on this ticker would touch it.....(no offense intended)......but someone is still buying.......glta
