My friend has a theory that rings like a possibility to me. He thinks the FAA passed. Just not all the way through the proper channels yet. Hence posts that lead to that conclusion. Maybe the final stamp will come early to mid-Jan. Let's hope that's the case. I guess that, plus added finances to fund operations may be the reason for Baltia's optimism. I feel like a few more shares will be on my boat.
