Re-posting the 1-min chart. Crazy volume spikes in the morning, and then a long period of "eh." So maybe the poster elsewhere was wrong, and the shares transferred to Aruda and the attorneys are not locked up for 6 months, and the attorney is cashing in? (might make sense if they think they're in a lower bracket this year, or need to pay year-end bonuses or something.) Who knows?
