Not sure how it impacts Baltia, but Igor also mentioned that the (SMS?) requirements just changed & Baltia would be the last Airline certified under the (now) "old" system, which was the new system when we started, (I remember hearing we were the first to utilize it) so basically Baltia would be the only airline certified under that system.
One more reason the FAA wants to move forward and move this along to close out & get past the old system.
