almost forgot about the preferred being immune. I agree the partners will probably take the preferred shares. Should be interesting to see what kind HCTI will get in return if the partners take positions. Not sure if I've ever heard of 5 or 6 partners all at once. I'm sure each of them will want a decent peice of HCTI as each licensing deal closes. I suppose there's going to be a ton of preferred shares issued out but damn...5 or 6 partners owning this is unheard of for a pink sheet. I can't imagine how much 5 or 6 partners are going to pay to own a peice.
