Yes, iTalk Inc. (TALK) is going through a Reverse Merger with United Mobile Solutions (UMS) who is an $18.8M dollar revenue company. TALK IR replied to several investors email asking when the Merger was actually complete because there had been no PRs yet. IR's reply was that the R/M was completed back in Sept 2015 and are now auditing 2 years of financials to get everything current.
TALK earnings could be posted this Thursday...check this out!

Considering some of the companies that were listed under today (Monday) actually released their financials...I would say iTalk may be giving us a sweet Xmas gift.
