A carefully crafted (ashCROFTed?) response might be enough to get Rosen to beg for a settlement (which I hope CTIX will NOT take unless they pay big bucks). So let Sullivan/Ashcroft firm take their time, it will pay off in the, well, not LONG run, but middle-term run. - Drano
