Here my post on this topic from iHub. Sorry it didn't make it over last night but I ended up with the grandkids. 
I agree that only three weeks for Rosen to amend his complaint is a small victory. And I hope that Sullivan has our Motion to Dismiss ready to file on Day 1 of that 30 days timeframe...

"On Friday December 18, 2015, we had a Court hearing (afternoon) in NY. The Court approved Zagami as the lead Plaintiff and The Rosen Law Firm (Rosen) as the lead law firm. This was expected and we had no basis to object. Rosen asked for an additional 60 days to amend their Complaint. We objected to any amendments.
