Maybe, maybe not. they can always blame it on bad information, based on new information released by the company about the state of the drug trials, or something similar. they are weasels but I think they know now that it is time to back off, look what's Halen recently with other folks. it's in my opinion only and I'm often proven wrong when it comes to judging people like those criminals!
