IMO, I am thinking they are still going to have both places, but terminal 4 is going to have all the certification equipment taken out, as the PR back in '11 made it sound like it was the central place for certification work, and all the equipment necessary for operations will be put in. I am thinking building 151 will still be used, but just as a headquarters. Nonetheless, very positive and can't wait till Monday night to hear from BLTA!
