In my opinion, any significant run-up can only happen only with taking out the toxic financing. The only thing that will happen at JPM is the announcement of spin out (+aquistion??). The process to actually get listed takes several months (up to 5 to 6) and will cost a lot of money. Toxic financing and what we think is going to happen are mutually exclusive to the stock price.

However, I am quite hopeful that they will get a new financing partner.
