Wow. US Attorney says criminal charges reflect "our commitment to hold accountable corporate executives and licensed professionals who betray their positions of trust in order to fraudulently enrich themselves."

If I were Mako/Rosen I'd be kinda worried. Especially Rosen, since they went after Shkreli's lawyer too. That "licensed professionals" comment would sure worry me if I were a sleazy lawyer involved in these schemes.
