From what I was told that is the first 5 acre 5 phase build out and CGRW has room for 3 more on the 20 acres they have leased.
I think the plan is for CGRW to buy the property from NuGro when the Fed Changes Policy. As it stands CGRW really can't own the property due to federal regulations so they have the next best thing... 15 years in lease options
This Facility is being built to the specifications of Dr. John P Janovec PhD (Botany) and every time I have been out there he has been on site.
