IMO this is not a change of course. I know it sounds absurd but the timing of the cross examinations came sooner than CEN needs it to happen. They need to resolve the site specific rezoning application at the OMB in Toronto first.. It's a chronological necessity... So it's not a change of course at all. Instead it's a necessary step to resolve that first before going through cross examinations. It's all good. Then you can go back to the JR and HC has zilcho.. Nothing, nada. Everything settles.
