PART 5 > The super drone package delivery X FRAME The key to volume package delivery
Before we get to the function of the X frame Let me explain some business options. The table weight & Balance system
Is mainly for MADE ON DEMAND ORDER PACKAGING. That you never know what size and weight of your product will be. So that system helps to load the X FRAME PROPERLY.
But then we have THOUSANDS OF DRONE READY PRODUCTS. And this makes for a even easier loading of the X FRAME. Like the Donuts Shop will always send out a dozen donuts.. And this works on drone ready presets. they will send out 1 to 9 dozen FRESH DONUTS, same with a sub shop. They can offer a drone ready product as well. And many other factory made and pre-drone packed items. FOR SPECIALS
You don't need the weight table system for those pre packed items.
About the X frame the Multi delivery drone device. How does it work?
1 > has it’s own rechargeable power supply = STRONGER MAGNETIC Holding power And Extra drone power when needed
2 > Has it’s own address label scanner
3 > can adjust it’s balance by screwing out lead weights from it’s hub as packages are delivered, about a 20% Tolerance
4 > The 4 arms can also stretch in and out for package size or adjusting the balance. WE CALL THE 4 ARMS PANHANDLERS
5 > It feeds the drone address information so the drone can make it’s flight plan. GPS
6 > Both the top and bottom of the arm pans can be used Because the arms will rotate 360% = 8 shipped packages They extend outside the blade area
7 > The The X FRAME pan handler arms also warns if the weight is too much with a load cell and also warns if it's unbalanced Flashing lights GREEN & RED will tell the loader where to move or switch the payload to balance the X frame. FOR SHORT ORDERS 3 or 5 can even ask for a counter weight.
8 > NEW FEATURE The double lock pads. Not only do we use the magnetic connection.
BUT FOR THOSE HIGH VALUE deliveries “SUCTION CUPS” & Magnetic holding power together
NOTE > Suction cups are very strong. That vacuum will hold tight.. In fact the X FRAME can just use the suction cups alone… USING UP NO POWER!! Add a vacuum release solenoid to each holding pan.. AND OFF POPS THE PACKAGE. One large one or several small ones per holding pan.
The 4 rotating arms will handle 8 packages about the size of a bread box. And we can carry one extra package on the belly. That’s a lunch order for up to 9 late night office workers. Or Construction sites And so on.
PART 6 will be about THE DRONE The Work horse our tractor that will pick up the X frame. It's only job. Deliver the packages and return. Unloaded it's about 4 to 5 foot across The X frame will only add a little less than 2 extra feet.
Later we will put this in a real world order And see this process in action. orders From a WALLY WORLD STORE / And K’s Donut shop / Sandwich shop
