K&T, I understand your question, but as it happens I've already written Dan and inquired as to what the hell he was saying. I think you found the same thing I did.
It sounds great, but it says nothing you can sink your teeth into and extrapolate where we are or where we're going. It was a sentence that must have taken someone a while to construct, what with punctuation left out, and the appearance of detail - and then nothing real.
