CNBC loves Mitch, that would be a BIG way to get some press on their network and attract some sharks. A real BIG interview on CNBC and that's no joke.

Possibly these shares added to the O/S were for an anticipated sign on package for the new SEO? The added share could have been for anything, but I would imagine it is very strategic rather than a need for cash.
