because the note holders have been paid in full and $HJOE is delaying the filing so they can buy up cheap shares and do a leverage buyout. if HJOE filed before they bought up cheap shares it would be too expensive to do a leveraged buyout. hahaha. just a very random thought. just watched barbarians at the gate.
