here is the scenario

when Gregg come up with his idea for geotraq he considered many of the different applications for his solution

he came up with several names and also secured websites that correlated with the names thinking that geotraq may want to capitalize on some of the end user market.

over time he has realized that geotraq is better off letting other companies focus on the end users and geotraq can just be the "Intel inside"

so as different people have inquired he has handed off the names and websites to them so they can run with it.
itraq and securapet are both his original ideas...he has handed both off
