Here's what happens when your past crimes catch up with you:

Look at the press releases -- 3 law firms already announced their "investigation" but look who is notable by their absence -- the Rosen firm. Because there is GENUINE wrong-doing involving KBIO if the Feds are right, perhaps the kinds of lawyers who file suits so that the companies will pay them to drop the suit are staying away, because this would be a real lawsuit that requires real work.
Or maybe Rosen is having to focus its attention elsewhere -- like saving itself from exposure for its alleged misdeeds. The word "alleged" there because I would NEVER want to libel anyone…..
