Federal Law Change ....... I don't have the exact link but..... Hidden in the new bill to keep the Government going after a certain date ..... is an amendment for the Federal Government to drop any and all laws on the books for growing and regulating MJ in the States where there is Legal Legislation for medical purposes as approved by the Local state laws. Didn't read anything about social use.
