By all indications, the share price is headed up wards in the weeks to come
Judging the shareholder Letter, it looks like NTEK has surprised even themselves with the Subscription rate and all the new money coming in.
I kinda read between the Lines.
I think that any and/or no Proxy may be coming out.
At least until January of 2016 if they intend to send one?
