The AVXL folks are rejoicing too (that includes me) because it was Shkreli who torpedoed the stock with his lying tweets that their drug "can't work." Went in days from 14+ to 4, where I would think he would have covered his short. I hope that the SEC investigates EVERYTHING he's been doing.

I'd be feeling pretty freaked out if I were involved with the shorting scheme on CTIX, knowing that now the SEC really needs to show how tough they are enforcing the laws (that they haven't bothered enforcing for decades) and knowing that I had carelessly left all kinds of clues about who I was. And knowing that some really smart computer guys have supplied some information to our Sullivan law firm. Nope, I don't think I'd be feeling real good now, not at all.
