Great move by the company having Peter leave. A company is defined, indeed branded to an extent, by it's ceo. Much like a sports team, a company needs a strong, vibrant, innovative ceo to lead it.

When I met Peter at the SHM I liked him personally, but in no way did I ever think he should be the ceo of a company. He seemed better off down at Huntington beach surfing, having a beer, and hitting on girls half his age.
