KBIO was headed to bankruptcy, literally had announced that they were closing down the company. Then Shkreli bought the company, and he and his minions ran it up to unbelievable heights, thus screwing the people who knew that it was a garbage company and had shorted it. I am NOT someone who abhors all shorts -- when people see a company that is grossly overpriced, like AXON, it SHOULD be shorted. It's the criminals who form a cabal to lie about a good company and try to drive it to bankruptcy that gall me -- like what happened to us.

Anyway, I hope that the shorts who were burned by this are able to file a class action against Shkreli and the manipulators. There is no reason for a company that was heading for bankruptcy to have gone to those heights, just because a crook bought it.
