I don't necessarily think he should be responding to personal emails. I do feel he has a responsibility to keep the stockholders updated on the status of the company, especially about those things that make a material difference to the operation of the company.
A for instance is the Canada deal. We heard there was a deal. We heard there was a delivery. Do we know if that contract still exists or if further deliveries are to occur ? No. I know pink sheet companies get away with a lot, but public companies do have a responsibility to make sure stockholders understand what is going on that affects the companies well being.
