Hi Jerry!! Hope all is going well with you and company. Jerry I have a couple of questions. 1) how many shares will it take for a share holder to own to be able to be on the Board Of Directors ? 2) Can you guesstimate what time frame can we expect a submission on the up listing ? Thanks Jerry

Not necessary to own any stock to be on board. We will be looking at directors after first of year when we uplift
