My account is with Fidelity and they told me that mine wouldn't be touched because they won't deal with the OTC stocks for shorting but originally they told me that all OTC stocks had to be held in cash but yet some of my OTC's show up in margin.
This is Fidelity but other brokers not to sure about.
And another thing Fidelity only charges the $7.95 trading fee for OTC stocks, my Capital One account charges the fee plus a percentage for OTC's thats why I really don't use my Capital One account.
