Is there going to be an RS? It has not been decided yet. It was said to be announced this coming Friday.
We know the company was buying shares a few months ago when we had some really good volume. When this gets updated with Nevada, we should show at least 500 million less shares than current totals. I think if another buy back happened before an RS that would be great. The RS would not need to be as large and some current shareholders would feel better about a smaller RS.
It can happen. Just depends on how quickly the company needs to adjust the share structure and why.
