We are all frustrated, it's been a long bumpy road. But in my mind I attribute all this to the CEO's lack of industry knowledge and lack of funds to find a good professional help.

There is no way he is trying to scam anyone here. if he was trying to scam people we'd see a dilution which is non-existent. TA confirmed unchanged AS many times and there is no trading volume to show for dilution too.

All the claims about 'scam' are worthless - there are easier ways to scam investors than to work on an IPO for two years without selling a single new share .

We do know for a fact that IPO is being worked on - we have USG people who are involved and who are keeping us up to date with the progress.

As far as I see - we are at the bottom of the 9th inning here. Very soon IPO will be approved and we will get our listing.
