Sox Leo has the perfect opportunity for a deal and he chooses to wait. Why?
For a better deal? I don't think he will get one.
A deal now even if not the best gives this company credibility and money. 2 things they desperately need.
I look at companies like Acad and Blue to name just a few. Our pipeline is SUPERIOR to theirs yet their MC is in the billions because of deals.....
