btw .. this would also be specific to *off shore* activities (Canada and the UK)
which is why i've noted the compression via resets on OTC stox was never
*RETAIL*

but clearly includes those who *authored* hit pieces ..

being non RETAIL
is a direct result of those actively working to illegally manipulate OTC stox
because let's face it .. those not totally incompetent working @ the SEC
some could be *manipulated* .. or like others along the way .. bought and paid for

it's no secret the OTC was a fungible entity for the SEC for years ..
