is it possible that the drop isn't what it appears?

isn't it possible that letting the pps drop horribly low on purpose might allow someone "in the know" to load up and get stinky rich? nothing motivates like money and there is money to be made by letting the pps drop. i have to say that i've seen this happen before on some of my other stocks. i am not convinced that i or anyone on this board knows completely what is going on. i think management does but they are not at liberty to say as per SEC regulations.
