I expect there will be those that need to do some tax loss adjustments so I think it is partially the reason for the lack luster pps. In absence of significant news, I expect January we will see a surge of buying especially into following months when revenue figures for this quarter are available. Next year at this time we will be all laughing about how we could have gotten sub penny shares this December.
