His most recent explanation in November mentioned the JPM conference up until that point spinning off the diagnostic or selling it was what was discussed.

At the end of 2014 and threw the first two quarters of 2015 he mentioned spinning off the diagnostic(New CEO for it) or selling and uplisting to the nasdaq would be the huge milestones to unlock shareholder value in 2015.

The company is extremely undervalued, heck our tax credits are worth more than current market share has us at, but it's time to back up all the tweets and beautiful words with action.
