and rather than *whine* >> you might just want to do a little DD
remember what we used to discuss back in 2012/2013
about *crews* working the cycle of money on IHUB aka the
vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation ..
to keep it simple .. OTC stox are akin to taking candy
from a baby .. they are poorly watched >> SEC long ago
made them *fungible* (look it up) and they almost always are targeted
yep that would be the cycle of money in play b4 the final kill order is given
cycles of money pertain to OTC stox taken up b4 they are *reset* back down
and OTC stock may have multi cycles in play b4 the final kill order is given
and just to be *totally clear* >> this manipulation has never been *retail*
even if most of the crews that work that site .. come across as retail
(that is another topic for another day)
instead you can go on any board and track posting patterns
and note most of the crews (plural) working that site are
interchangeable .. that means .. on X stock .. overlapping
crew will *promote* .. vs those other interchangeables in the crew
will *do anything to generate noise to keep confusion ramped up*
so the crew that promoted PTOI (and who have long since slithered
away) are the same who *trash* other OTC stox .. while the CON
side who trashed PTOI .. are the ones *promoting* those other stox
that is why i refer to them as interchangeables .. however there are a
handful who *post* via SMBs .. who are NOT interchangealble
years ago .. one past her sell by date .. *expert* .. would grace a board
via the vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation .. and one could guarantee
(like death and taxes) .. that *retail* would sell first and ask questions second
it's a handy trick .. that stopped working around the time that site's *founder* got busted
for stock manipulation (CONveniently after site sold to another LONDON CALLING CONnection)
and yet .. founder was just a kid with swiss cheese for brains (referencing his age) >> utilized
by non retail for everything that site could provide for those go go years of OTC *greed*

why do you think that site had to shift *TOU* to suit re: *old posts*

was indeed revealed under oath .. (discovery begets depositions .. my shorthand on this is D&D)
depositions are done under oath .. and *parties* being deposed get cross examined
guess what came out of this cross examination >> pertaining to the Vexatious Litigant
and please tell me you do understand *who* the Vexatious Litigant *is*
and who they fingered ..
